The compact unit gives a very small foot print with a good and intuitive workflow that has not slowed since changing from the rigid sensor due to its touch screen. When I looked at PSPIX², I immediately liked the compact design. I was confident on the Acteon brand and the support due to other ACTEON products I have in my surgery. Moreover, I have training facilities for students and imaging plates are more like what the students are used to using. The imaging plates are easier to position especially for taking images for endodontic diagnosis. Reliability and maintenance costs have reduced. My personal preference has gradually shifted in favour of phosphor plates. I have been using both rigid sensor and phosphor plate digital radiography for many years. “The compact unit gives a very small foot print with an intuitive workflow that has not slowed since changing from a cabled sensor system.”
